In this document, "rtk10", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the rtk10.cam website and all services associated with it. "User", "player" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
Scope of Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services on the rtk10 platform — including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, the downloadable app and any future services. These terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Language and Interpretation
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final. rtk10 is the sole authority for interpreting these terms at any time.
To open an account and use services on rtk10, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age Restriction
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
- We may request a government-issued ID for age verification at the time of registration or at any time thereafter.
- Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
- All information provided in the registration form must be true, accurate and up to date.
- You will operate the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of a third party.
- rtk10 reserves the right to reject any registration application, without stating a reason.
The security and proper management of your account is entirely your responsibility.
Password and Security
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone else.
- If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
- All transactions made through your account will be considered your own.
Updating Information
If any of your personal details change (name, address, phone number, payment information), please inform us immediately through our support chat. rtk10 will not be responsible for any issues with deposits or withdrawals resulting from incorrect information.
Inactive Accounts
An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may be applied to the balance in an inactive account, however the balance will never fall below zero.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds through a third party or using borrowed money is strictly prohibited.
- After a deposit, the amount is generally added to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
- In the case of a failed transaction, funds will be returned in accordance with the payment method's policy.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC (identity verification) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.

- rtk10 reserves the right to verify the source of a withdrawal when necessary.

- New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (deposit and bonus combined).
- Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The withdrawable balance will be determined based on the results of bets placed using bonus funds.
VIP Cashback Program
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
- Advancing to a higher tier depends on your activity and loyalty.
General Bonus Terms
- Once a bonus is accepted, it cannot be combined with another active bonus until its requirements have been met.
- rtk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
- After the specified expiry period of each promotion, the bonus will be automatically removed.
All games on rtk10 are conducted on a fair play basis. Some core principles regarding games are given below:
Game Results and Validity
- The results of all games are determined by the random number generator of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi).
- In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical fault, rtk10 will settle based on the last valid game state.
- rtk10 reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.
Sports Betting
- If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
- In-play betting may show variations due to internet latency — this is normal and rtk10 will not be liable for it.
- Once the result of an event has been confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
Betting Limits
rtk10 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game or betting market. Limits may be adjusted for specific accounts under special circumstances or for risk management reasons.
Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud and Manipulation
- Any attempt to fraudulently influence a game or betting system.
- Using a false identity, providing incorrect information or operating an account in someone else's name.
- Playing using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
Money Laundering
rtk10 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account's deposits will be suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Other Prohibited Actions
- Attempting unauthorised access to rtk10's servers or network.
- Harassing other players or engaging in harmful behaviour.
- Any activity that damages rtk10's reputation or business interests.
Service Availability
rtk10 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. rtk10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from such disruptions.
Internet Connection
rtk10 will not be responsible for any loss if a game is interrupted or a bet is lost due to issues with your internet connection. Ensuring a reliable connection is your own responsibility.
Financial Loss Limits
If a user suffers financial loss due to a technical fault, rtk10's liability will be limited solely to the amount of the deposit involved in that specific incident. rtk10 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or any other consequential damages.
rtk10 treats the security of your personal information as a top priority. We use SSL encryption to keep all transactions and data secure.
Data Collection and Use
- Information provided at the time of registration is used solely for providing services, identity verification and fraud prevention.
- Your information is not sold to any third party.
